tee time : honeybear & tripod

I was talking with my friend Erin today about my love of drawings & sketches made by children. That pure, honest line making somehow sadly gets lost somewhere around the age of 12 or 13. These tees, hand-screened by Juila of honeybear designs , embody the same nostalgia.
Actually Julia named her business after a poem she rediscovered called “My Honny Bare” that she wrote when she was 6 years old. Her designs are clearly inspired from those child-like images ranging from Happy Unicorns to Lively Ballerinas. At the moment, She doesn’t have any guys tees up on the site, but I know firsthand that she loves doing custom tees.
Check out all of the designs at www.honeybeardesigns.com then go in the backyard and get working on that fort.

"As many of you know, my dog Lulu was diagnosed with bone cancer in her left hind leg in mid-August. Within a week her leg was removed and biopsied to show that she had a type of cancer called osteosarcoma. Osteosarcoma is one of the most common bone tumors and it is estimated that at least 6,000 new cases are diagnosed in dogs each year in the United States." -Sonia
