Bill Hicks on Letterman
Saturday, January 31, 2009 0 commentsOn October 1st, 1993 comedian Bill Hicks performed on the Letterman show, but the performance was cut out of the broadcast. A few months later Hicks died of pancreatic cancer. Last night Letterman invited Bill Hicks' mother on the program apologizing for censoring it 15 years ago and then aired the complete performance.
Would Leno ever do anything like this?? Never. Dave Rules.
Here's Bill on a PBS show a few weeks later explaining being censored by Letterman.
